One star is even too much for this store. We went there to buy a rug but the sales person wasn’t paying attention to us at all. he didn’t have any customer to serve but us , instead of helping us he was hiding behind the counter and staring outside the store without even saying hi and helping us we wait for 3-4 min looking at him he didn’t even bother to help us. I’ll never go there spending money on silk rug facing this attitude. Never suggest this store due to poor customer service. Update: the management team reached out to us and we went back to the store he kindly showed us all top notch silk carpets and we bought a very precious carpet . I appreciate how this company cares about customer service since they tried to reach out to me too many times. Btw thanks Mohamed for the gift and generous deal.

I had the best customer service I have ever experienced at Glara. My calls and emails were answered promptly, and they bent over backwards to be helpful. Every person I dealt with was great, but Ehab in particular went the extra mile. I am so impressed with the personal & professional service. Also, the rug I purchased was great quality for a really reasonable price. They had traditional and contemporary designs. I wish I lived closer, this would be my “go-to” store! Thank you!

Review Update: The company owner reached out to me personally to get a full understanding of my situation and worked hard to make it right. The owner went above and beyond to make me feel heard a rectify the situation and reverse my negative experience into a positive one that will have me returning for more in the future. Thank you Glara for making this so much better 🙏 Found an area rug and runner I loved here in North Van , was invoiced and informed there were 2 in surrey and I could pick up anytime…. Next day I drove out, but after 2 hours of traffic I arrive to find out there was a mistake in their system and the carpet was not available…. Was then informed it could be ordered and would arrive in 2 months. Today is day 3 of no response to calls or messages to confirm if the order has been placed or if it is available at all. So far this has wasted valuable time and created strong frustration 🤷🏻 Still hoping they make this right so I can revise this review

I really liked the service . They did everything to make us happy. Send furniture , changing colors , changed size of sofa without extra fees . Also gave us a beautiful matching rug with 50% discount . Thank you guys . Ill recommend yoy evrywhere Picture is for set not my house . Ill share mine after finishing decorating

Best experience ever! I’ve been looking for furnitures all around Vancouver and online, and I’ve looked into every single store in United Boulevard and Granville Street, etc. then I found Glara Home and bought the most comfortable and beautiful sofas and chairs from them. The quality is way above everything else I saw, and the prices are way more reasonable. The customer service is also amazing. %100 Recommended.

Our experience with Ehab was truly amazing. Much like the many times we have purchased rugs from here, each and every time Ehab treats us with compassion and respect. Nitin was very helpful and his customer service was great. My mom and I had been searching for several area rugs for our home and Nitin was great in helping us pick the right size and design. They have a wide array of designs and a huge selection. Since our first visit, we have gone back to purchase more and to purchase as gifts for our friends. We are very happy with the quality but moreso their attention to detail and care. Thank you Nitin and Glara. We are very impressed!

This is my 2nd time buying a rug from this company - They have remained to be so helpful & pleasant. They even delivered it to my house and helped me decide which rug would suit my living room and space best. Their rugs are always beautiful and durable and the customer service is suburb.
