The Brick

We have been long time customers of the Brick in Whitehorse, almost 20 years now. We were very excited to replace our original oven with a new Cafe Convection GE Appliance purchased from your store. Unfortunately, the oven broke down after two weeks. GE Warranty Service was not excellent. Out of frustration I visited the Whitehorse Brick store and within 2 minutes of hearing our plight, the manger took control of the debacle rescuing my family. Later that day a loaner oven was dropped off from the Brick to our house so that we could cook again. They informed me that the Brick had a representative with GE Appliance and that the Brick would be handling our defective oven now. Within a day I was informed by you that the Brick had successfully contacted GE Appliance and a new replacement oven was on order. I have often heard stories of defective products, but this was my first personal experience. We shop at the Brick in Whitehorse to support local business, the excellent product selection, and ease of delivery, not to mention great pricing. I am also thrilled to know first hand about your exceptional customer service and resolving our defective oven. We cannot thank you enough!

The whitehorse branch is above professional and even kind, and work hard to find what you are looking for and are nice as they look for sometimes hard to find items, so far I only have one room left to furnish, I've already done the whole apt with the brick, they have EVERYTHING! Not to mention the best prices, Thank you for all your help staff of the brick whitehorse branch. They were never at all pushy, they were very patient as describing what you want can be hard, anytime I'm thinking of upgrading with new furniture or electronics the brick will always have my business

The Brick itself is like any other furniture store and isn’t overly exceptional, the service, however is truly exceptional!! Craig Caldwell, a tall British salesman gave us great service last year when we moved to Whitehorse and needed to buy furniture. He wasn’t pushy or rude like most sales people, and he hung back to let us look but was there to answer questions. He even remembered us when he saw us out and about and asked to make sure we were still happy with our furniture. We have bought from him again and will continue to do so.

We had an incredible experience with our purchase with the help from Emily at the Whitehorse location. She was prompt, professional, and incredibly responsive—answering all of our questions and following up with detailed information within the hour. It’s rare to find service this good. Best experience ever, and we’ll definitely be purchasing here again!

Emily D was absolutely amazing to deal with! Knew what she was talking about, recommended all of the best products, and let us choose what we wanted with no pressure. She used her own experiences with the products we were asking about which helped us make our decision that much easier! So incredibly happy dealing with her!!

Harpreet is a great salesperson, she answered all my questions and I received excellent customer service after the purchase (washtower and dishwasher). And I am very satisfied with my new appliances.
